In 1990, I began making landscape quilts. Sources of inspiration continue to be geographically diverse, from the coast of Maine to the coast of California, as well as closer to home in Cambridge.
Shibori dyeing provides the vocabulary for my quilting, though I’ve experimented with other techniques. In recent years, indigo dyeing has become a focus.
